Hamilton Yellow Gold Filled Thor Watch
Offered is this great looking FULLY SERVICED asymmetric mechanical Hamilton Thor watch that winds, sets, and runs great, and keeps excellent time. It is signed on the case, movement, dial, and crown. It can be seen in Rene Rondeau's book, "The Watch Of The Future" on page 226. It was released in 1959 with an original price of $95 with metal band, and $85 with leather strap. It is definitely "one of the most distinctive asymmetric Hamiltons, with a strikingly dramatic triangular case with curved sides."
It looks like it should have been an electric, but Hamilton made a few mechanicals with the same avant-garde style as the electrics.
