Hamilton Ventura Reissue Limited 50th Anniversary Edition Watch Stainless Steel H244510 #1705/1957
Offered is this Limited Edition Stainless Steel Reissue Ventura. It is #1705 of 1957 of this model issued, and has the original certificate designating it as #1705 of 1957. Released in 2007 Hamilton made only 1,957 of this edition, and of all the reissues, only these 1957 releases featured the word "Electric" on the dial. All other reissues only say "Hamilton" on the dials. It also was the only one to feature this unique all red seconds hand. The commemorative boxes are exclusive to the 50th anniversary editions and are inspired by the original graphics used in Hamilton’s first marketing campaigns for the Electrics. This edition also features a 4-cornered bubble back, making it one of the rare reissues that is faithful to the Ventura’s original 1957 case design. It works great and has a brand new battery just installed. There were a few variations of the reissue models. Some were lower quality, using base metal bezels with plating. This is one of the high quality examples using a solid stainless steel case.
