In 1955 (two years before the Hamilton Electric debuted), Hamilton introduced this box for mechanical watches. It is often assumed that these were for Hamilton Electric watches, due to the atomic symbol on the box. However, it would likely be appropriate for any mid 1950s Hamilton men's mechanical watch, and measures 5" Wide X 3 3/4" Deep X 2 1/2" High.
