This is a Bulova Steel Wrist Alarm Watch that sets and runs great, and the alarm feature works properly. It has been Fully Serviced. The crown at 2 winds and sets the watch as any normal mechanical watch, and the crown at 4 adjusts and sets the alarm hand. Turning this crown in the clockwise direction sets the alarm hand, and pulling the crown outward sets the alarm.
