Aquastar Deepstar Duward Rally "Big Eye" Chronograph Dive Watch Valjoux 23
Offered is this stunning circa 1960s Aquastar Deepstar Duward Rally "Big Eye" Diver Chronograph powered by the Valjoux 23. The watch winds, sets, and runs great, and the chronograph feature works flawlessly. The bi-directional rotating bezel works properly as well. The version of this watch for the Spanish market was marketed by Duward and double signed with the Duward and Aquastar name. Note the propeller shaped seconds hand near the 9 position. This is only found on certain models and is very sought after for this reason. The Aquastar is famous for being one of the favorites of Jacques Cousteau and the Calypso crew. It is signed on the case, dial, movement, and crown.
