Wittnauer Electro-Chron 4750 Black Dial Watch
Offered is this great looking Wittnauer Electro-Chron watch with extremely rare black dial. Wittnauer was one of the many marketers of the Landeron, the first Swiss Electric movement, introduced in 1961. The case and movement on this example are not marked Wittnauer, which suggests that this may have been a very early example. It is Fully Serviced. The watch sets and runs great, keeps excellent time, and will come with a brand new battery newly installed.
These were futuristic watches, and the watch companies certainly did their best to capitalize on their uniqueness.
