Hamilton Electric Summit II Watch
Offered is this FULLY SERVICED (ultrasonic wash, rinse, and lubrication) Hamilton Electric Summit II watch. Pictured in René Rondeau's book "The Watch Of The Future" on page 159, it was released in June of 1964 with an original price of $115.00. It is signed on the dial, case, movement, and crown. It runs great and keeps time to well under 30 seconds variation per day and has a brand new battery just installed. The hack function works properly, and the watch starts right up each time the crown is pushed in from the setting position to the running position.
The Summit II is quite scarce, and originally had a brushed finish on the bezel. This finish is worn away by even light polishing, but this example still has that brushing. It has the ORIGINAL DIAL as a plus. It has just had a NEW OLD STOCK D-PIN installed in the balance, so it will run virtually as it did from the factory.
