Hamilton Electric Custom Rhodium Rose Pacer Watch

Offered is ths FULLY SERVICED (ultrasonic wash, rinse, and lubrication) Hamilton Electric Custom Rhodium with Rose Dial Pacer watch. Pictured in René Rondeau's book "The Watch Of The Future" on pages 140-145, and 196, it was released in November 1957 with an original price of $125 with metal band and $110 with leather strap. It is signed on the case, crown, dial and movement. It runs great and keeps time to well under 30 seconds variation per day and has a brand new battery just installed. The hack function works properly, and the watch starts right up each time the crown is pushed in from the setting position to the running position.

This is a unique custom Pacer that has an All White Finish. The case, markers, and hands have all been rhodium plated, and dial has a custom rose/copper finish. Rhodium holds the distinction of being the world's most expensive precious metal and is extremely hard and durable. The case on this watch is guaranteed to hold up to normal wear for the purchaser. It was not originally offered by Hamilton, but if they could have seen it....

The case on this Pacer is excellent. You would be very hard pressed to find a finer Pacer anytime soon. As a plus, it has had a BRAND NEW OLD STOCK D-PIN installed in the balance, so it will run virtually as it did from the factory.
